New senior VP of Whatev Records, Elizabeth Porter, wants Doug out of the band. When the rest of the band won't let her simply kick Doug out, "Liz" tries to trick Doug into thinking he's "going solo." At first, the rest of 2Gether is angry with Doug for leaving the band (except Chad, who misses his big brother). But when the label tries to replace Doug with a computer graphic of the ideal popstar, Austin Adam Alan Palmer, they all want him back. Can they patch things up before their big web broadcast?
