MTV keeps boy band "2gether"
HOLLYWOOD (Variety) - MTV has ordered an additional six episodes of its boy
band satire "2gether."
The series will continue shooting in Vancouver until Dec. 22, with the new editions
set to air in January. The 13th episode aired this weekend on MTV.
"2gether" began as an original TV movie on the music cable network and was then
expanded into a series. The parody follows the overnight creation and success of a
fictional boy band.
Pamela Anderson and Melissa Joan Hart will appear in upcoming guest roles on the
show.
