| Ingredients: | 1 Bag Doritos |
Salsa

| 6 Chicken Breasts (Boneless) | 6 Slices Pepper Jack Cheese |
1 Tsp. Cumin

| 2 Eggs | Taco Sauce |
1 Tbs. Red Pepper Flakes
|
Beat eggs in small bowl. (set aside) Crush Doritos to small pieces for breading and Cumin and Red Pepper. Dredge Chicken in egg batter and coat with Doritos. Bake on cookie sheet at 425 for 12-15 minutes. 2 minutes before taking out of the oven place slice of cheese and 1 tbs. taco sauce on each breast.. Remove from oven when melted. Serve with salsa.
