May 24: Added one journal entry:An Average Day to the journal page. Also, if anyone is interested in helping the community in Enchi, there is a project to bring computers to the new computer lab in my school. Tax-deductable donations can be made towards this project, and you can read more about it on the official Peace Corps website Projects page HERE.

Feb 18: I'm finally back in Ghana. I have a lot of work to catch up on. I brought a digital camera back with me, so check back in a month or so to see some new pictures from Ghana. Added one new, half-hearted journal entry. |

August 16: Out and about in the cities of Ghana for vacation for a few weeks. May 5: Updated the journal.. long time coming due to technical issues with internet cafes here. Sorry about not posting pictures recently. Their absence due to several complex issues. Hopefully they will resolve in time. Traveling to my site today... will be there until May 31 when I'll reemerge for a week. Until then.

Mar 9: Well, it has been a long time since I updated the site last. I've been happily entrenched in teaching at my site. I'm really starting to feel at home there. I posted two new journal entries today and FINALLY put up the ending to the "Shopping in Kumasi" journal entry, sorry that took so long. I'll be in Kumasi for the next week on midterm break, so I'll probably post more before I leave next Saturday. Enjoy.

Jan 27: Heading back into the bush tomorrow. I put two new journal entries up. I don't really know when I'll be coming back to Kumasi. My guess is somewhere around two months. I'll try to have lots of entries and pictures ready (now that I have a laptop it will be loads easier). Oh, if you like sci-fi you have to read Peter F. Hamilton's Night's Dawn series (6 books) it's stunning.

Jan 16: Good news! I'm perfectly normal :) Got a clean bill of health. Right now I'm visiting my parent's house in Florida for just a few days but I'll be headed back to Ghana on the 19th.

Jan 6: It has been a long time since I last updated. I've been traveling. Kind of big news: I found a lump that might be cancerous a few weeks ago. All tests are showing up negative, but to be safe I'm being sent back to D.C. for a checkup and a second opinion. I should be leaving sometime early in the coming week. Again, all tests are coming up negative so don't worry. I'll try and post more when I get some time.

Nov 30: My thanks to whoever gave me as a reference when they signed up with prohosting... it is nice not to have the banner ads. I posted a new journal entry. (Nov 30: Thanksgiving...) Will post more tomorrow hopefully. Books read section is still being worked on.
