batman and robin for real? - (from Gary) after reading that though, I'm a little suprise i've never heard of something like that before. man, now that i'm working out a lot i spend all night looking for food. i'm starving! who wants to make me food??
Frisbee! April 20th by Jeff so i went to see what the mdhs frisbee team was like, and we'll see how that goes it could be fun or suck a lot. i was kinda embarrased when fife and one of the girls from last year hyped me up like a fox would be hyped up by like.. a rat... (which i'd assume would be a lot, i mean a fox is quite a bit cooler than a rat!) anyways, he was like so he's the best player in the league of last year, do you have any tips to pass on jeff? i was like... uh... learn how to throw? so he asks who feels comfortable throwing both a back hand and a flick and everyone says they are comfortable with both. i was like whatever!! then i walk outside and fife has to do something so he says run some drills, and i pull them together and i'm like you guys are liars there's no way you can all flick (that'd be the technical term my friend), anyways so i was like let's not lie who sucks at flick and like 80% of them put their hands up. anyways so we played and in general they're not very good but there's a few that have potential, so it should be fun. afterwards my brother had tickets for the leafs game so he asks me if i can bring my niece to basketball and watch her, so i went and shot around with her and then watched this guy try to run a practice with like 12 kindergardener's too grade 2 or something, really small. it was kinda funny cause he had no control. he split them up in the good kids and the loud kids, and it was really funny cause he played a game where each team had to score 11 baskets and the team that does first wins, but he gave the quiet kids like a 5 minute(they're small so it takes a while to score 11 baskets!) head start while he scolded the loud kids. then it was funny cause even with such a headstart the loud kids are also usually the atheltic kids so they still won by like 5 minutes, then the dude's like.. winners.. QUIET KIDS! cause they finished and were quieter! and i'm like okay gay good job setting the other team up in a position to fail. anyways the other funny thing of the night was when they played defense he was trying to get them to only cover their man, and for a reason he said "this is how they do it ni the nba" yeah you ignorant kids if you want to play in the nba next year you better freaking get some man to man defense. i just looked over at one of the parents and we laughed cause what a stupid thing to say to like 10 year olds. gym membership - April 19th by Jeff - haha funny
link (top story) So i was sitting around eating candy and stuff and watchign tv and lazing on my computer (not even really on msn cause no one's around!) and i'm like this is junk i'm going to go do something so i get in my car drive around, end up at the mall and realize it's boring, then i'm like i'm gonna go join a gym! so i went to where the works used to be (apparently used to be since i thought tthey were still there!) and i ended up at oasis fitness, so i'm like hey i want information about a membership! and i go talk to a sales rep. he's like you're in luck! today's the last day for a year membership for 299, when a 6th month is 250! so i'm like score! he talks for a few more minutes and i'm like i'll think about it i'll be back, and he's like hurry it'll end at 8 today! so i leave and i'm thinking what's the deal i'm being screwed by this no-name company with a suprise sale that just happens to be today, so i call my mom (she'll be paying after all) and i explain the situation and she's like maybe you should just buy the month membership (35 a month) and i'm like forget that that's no deal. oh yah and for the year membership i can apparently put it on hold, ie when i go back to guelph i'll hold it and take it back up next summer, so it could theoretically last 3 summers or so. so i head over to good life fitness, and i'm like what're the prices and the person at the desk is like i'll get a sales rep, while you wait fill out this form. and here have a free book just for coming in!.so i'm like this is my lucky day! if i go camping i'll have paper to start a fire! soi sit there and am like i really don't wanna fill out any form since i just want information, so i sit there without filling it out. finally a salesperson comes and is like oh you haven't filled it out, i'll come back in a minute after you have (sigh) so whatever i scribble down my information. so anyways this sales person comes, and lemme tell you she could be a used car salesman, why you ask? cause she was hot. and like.. hot people should be used car salesmans and everything else, i mean why not they're hot. haha no i'm just kidding, she wasn't that hot. anyways she could also be a used car salesman cause she did her best to tell you as little information about the prices as possible! first she tells me a 4 month plan and i'm like how about a year and she's like okay brb! she gets a book and comes back and is like there's two options, i'ml ike great which one is cheaper, she tells me option B! so i'm like okay great! how much does it cost! she's like 19 and 39 and 22 a month and etc etc i'm like okay great! how much does it cost! so she gets a calculator and puts numbers in and she's like you'll just have to pay 400 right now. i'm like okay great! so that's 400 for the whole year right? no more fees? and she's like... welll... 400 is to become a member, so i'm like okay great! how much does it cost! and she puts more numbers in and is like 700 for the year. so i was like okay i'll have to think this one over, i'll come back! and she's freaking like okay when do you wanna come back i'll set up an appointment. i'm like.. ya.. can't i just drop in like i did right now? she's like "yeah sure! when do you wanna drop in, i'll set us up an appointment" i'm like.. um.. i'm not sure, i'll have to talk to my parents" and she's like okay great! i'll give you a call at home tommorow! i'm like... whatever bye anyways this stories too freaking long, i went to the other place and bought their year plan for 299 the end bye have a nice life toodles.
done school- April 18th by Jeff so school's done and i will spend the next few minutes reflecting on what i learned this year: haha psyche! that'd be boring and no one cares about that kinda junk! since it's basketball playoff time this link seems appropriate! he should play basketball! i forgot that satirewire is really funny: this is pretty funny, don't remember reading it earlier and this is still the funniest i just watched simpsons and i think it was a new one. it was the worst ever, . wow. soo ooo bad all day i've been watching tv, so i went out and played some basketball for a bit, otherwise that's about it it! yayyayaya markham :( i wanna just take my car and visit guelph people. and hey, i don't have a job yet so maybe i will, looking to be a good summer hopefully! oh yah i forgot, i archived the junk again, i don't think it was all that funny so again if you want funny stuff try maybe the links on the side or the first archived thing or whatever shutup.
