My terms are pretty simple.

If you choose to use any graphics, text or anything else
from my site, you must provide a link and credit back on each page
where that item has been used . You can choose one of the  graphics below,
 a button found throughout my site or a simple text link is fine too.

You must also provide credits and links back to any artist.
Images are permitted only on not for profit or personal web sites. 
Do not alter any graphics by cutting them into pieces.
Do not offer for download as a tube.

No images are allowed on pornographic or hate sites
If you are using any images for Adult Sites ( not porn )
please ensure the proper warning is used for nudity.

Well guess that's about it. I appreciate you abiding by my terms.
Always remember to give credit where due.
If you are concerned about remembering where you found
what graphics, make separate folders for the sites you visit often.
It helped me before I started making my own.

to the ones I have myself has purchased.
 They come from a wide variety of web sources,
copyright/royalty free cd's & are therefore deemed to be public domain.
As far as I am aware they are licensed
for personal use only, & are copyrighted by their respective artist.
