*CHEMTRAILS*

The strange-looking streaks in the sky are NOT your imagination. They are being sprayed BY OUR US GOVERNMENT, NATO, the UN, or all three.  If you have seen them, then you are NOT PARANOID to complain, or even ask, about them (even Merle Haggard has!).

The possible explanations (gathered so far) are as follows:

            1- Anti-biologicial Warfare effort/testing - The original (Jan., 00) SPOTLIGHT article
                that explained them for me touted them as anti-bacteriological warfare testing (vital
                in this day and age of such terrorist weapons).  HOWEVER, since people are
                getting pneumonia and other respiratory ailments beneath them, this seems
                least likely.  Unfortunately, this also seems the best US-citizen-benefit intent!

            2- Possible "Tesla" weapon/shield or conduit thereof - possible, especially when
                considered with the H.A.A.R.P. facility in Alaska.

            3- Weather/Climate Control (FAA says) - NO ONE is seeing any sustained weather/
                climate benefit (tornadoes, hurricanes, droughts continue).  To combat Global
                Warming, is, ostensibly, the purpose of the Hughes Aircraft patents  for the
                chemtrails, BUT they clearly CAUSE Global Warming (600-700 jet tankers,
                spraying often around the clock, can do nothing BUT pollute the atmosphere)!

            4- GENOCIDE/Population Reduction - this is the most plausible since it well fits the
                UN scheme for global dominance - fewer people (stated at only 500 million globally)
                are easier to control!  Also, the UN tends to consider the average human life equal to
                the average plant and animal life!  A lesser target of this scheme seems to be APATHY.
_______Clifford Carnicom has detected BROMIDE in the limited chemtrail sample testing he
                has done. Link this with toxic fluoride in our cities' water supplies and you have
                INTENTIONAL APATHY inducement! (They are killing us but WHO CARES!?)

These sprayings are ILLEGAL! No "national security" interest can be so DAMAGING to the population (UNLESS you consider the "nation" as the government, and NOT its citizens)!   Experimenting on the public without their knowledge and consent is ILLEGAL according to Title 50, US Code, §1520a! Intentionally inflicting bodily injury is ILLEGAL according to a number of State and Federal Laws, including 18USC§241 (see above)!  The "inflictor" is also CIVILLY LIABLE!  Read the latest info in an excellent article on rense.com. Britain, Australia top U.S. in violent crime!

___Law enforcement and anti-crime activists regularly claim that the United States tops the charts in most crime-rate categories, but a new international study says that America's former master -- Great Britain -- has much higher levels of crime.
___The International Crime Victims Survey, conducted by Leiden University in Holland, found that England and Wales ranked second overall in violent crime among industrialized nations.
___Twenty-six percent of English citizens -- roughly one-quarter of the population -- have been victimized by violent crime. Australia led the list with more than 30 percent of its population victimized.
___The United States didn't even make the "top 10" list of industrialized nations whose citizens were victimized by crime.
___Jack Straw, the British home secretary, admitted that "levels of victimization are higher than in most comparable countries for most categories of crime."
___Highlights of the study indicated that:
___The percentage of the population that suffered "contact crime" in England and Wales was 3.6 percent, compared with 1.9 percent in the United States and 0.4 percent in Japan.
___Burglary rates in England and Wales were also among the highest recorded. Australia (3.9 percent) and Denmark (3.1 per cent) had higher rates of burglary with entry than England and Wales (2.8 percent). In the U.S., the rate was 2.6 percent, according to 1995 figures;
___"After Australia and England and Wales, the highest prevalence of crime was in Holland (25 percent), Sweden (25 percent) and Canada (24 percent). The United States, despite its high murder rate, was among the middle ranking countries with a 21 percent victimization rate," the London Telegraph said.
___England and Wales also led in automobile thefts. More than 2.5 percent of the population had been victimized by car theft, followed by 2.1 percent in Australia and 1.9 percent in France. Again, the U.S. was not listed among the "top 10" nations.
___The study found that Australia led in burglary rates, with nearly 4 percent of the population having been victimized by a burglary.  Denmark was second with 3.1 percent; the U.S. was listed eighth at about 1.8 percent.
___Interestingly, the study found that one of the lowest victimization rates -- just 15 percent overall -- occurred in Northern Ireland, home of the Irish Republican Army and scene of years of terrorist violence.
___Analysts in the U.S. were quick to point out that all of the other industrialized nations included in the survey had stringent gun-control laws, but were overall much more violent than the U.S.
___Indeed, information on Handgun Control's Center to Prevent Handgun Violence website actually praises Australia and attempts to portray Australia as a much safer country following strict gun-control measures passed by lawmakers in 1996.
___"The next time a credulous friend or acquaintance tells you that Australia actually suffered more crime when they got tougher on guns ... offer him a Foster's, and tell him the facts," the CPHV site says.
___"In 1998, the rate at which firearms were used in murder, attempted murder, assault, sexual assault and armed robbery went down. In that year, the last for which statistics are available, the number of murders involving a firearm declined to its lowest point in four years," says CPHV.
___However, the International Crime Victims Survey notes that overall crime victimization Down Under rose from 27.8 percent of the population in 1988, to 28.6 percent in 1991 to over 30 percent in 1999.
___Advocates of less gun control in the U.S. say the drop in gun murder rates was more than offset by the overall victimization increase. Also, they note that Australia leads the ICVS report in three of four categories -- burglary (3.9 percent of the population), violent crime (4.1 percent) and overall victimization (about 31 percent).
___Australia is second to England in auto theft (2.1 percent).
___In March 2000, WorldNetDaily reported that since Australia's widespread gun ban, violent crime had increased in the country.
___WND reported that, although lawmakers responsible for passing the ban promised a safer country, the nation's crime statistics tell a different story:
___Countrywide, homicides are up 3.2 percent. Assaults are up 8.6 percent.  Amazingly, armed robberies have climbed nearly 45 percent.  In the Australian state of Victoria, gun homicides have climbed 300 percent.
___In the 25 years before the gun bans, crime in Australia had been dropping steadily.  There has been a reported "dramatic increase" in home burglaries and assaults on the elderly.

"Third Party Can't Win" - "Lesser of Evils"

    Many well-meaning supporters of the Second Amendment and the entire Constitution often tell me that third party candidates "can't win" - that they must vote [the Republican candidate] as the "lesser of two evils."  Well, I'm afraid this is nothing but socialist-media brainwashing. To them I say:  Do you recognize that the establishment media filters what it presents to the American Public?  Do you decry this fact?  Do they "fix" the debates, excluding viable third party candidates?  Then, WHY do you allow them to brainwash you?!?
    Exempting the very few CONSTITUTION-ABIDING Democrat and Republican lawmakers therein, our current "government" of Constitutional-Oath abrogating "Republicrats" has increased our headlong movement from a Constitutional Republic toward a totalitarian SOCIALIST state.  Behind this movement is the World's powerful financial/industrial elite and their UN organization, who wish to place themselves into power over the rest of us (whom they see solely as "economic slaves" or "useless eaters" or "human cattle").
    Surely, BOTH Republican(-socialist) and Democrat(-socialist) "frontrunning" candidates know the real reason behind the Chemtrails - appearing more and more daily to be POPULATION REDUCTION (aka GENOCIDE), for a smoother, more controlled One World Government transition - are they doing anything to STOP them??  NO!  Are they speaking out on the REAL constitutional infringement/freedom-robbing issues??  NO!!
    It is nothing less than HYPOCRISY to say you want our Constitutional Republic restored and say you support a Constitution-damaging candidate, ESPECIALLY when there are at least three viable parties running candidates who DO support the Constitution:

    A vote for any of these will amount to a vote for a "Greater of Goods."  This is much preferable to me, a moralist by nature, than voting for any degree of evil!  And, I believe, this also applies to the VAST Majority of the NON-voting public - they don't want to participate in "evil" so they simply don't vote.  They are largely ignorant of the TRUTH that third party candidates CAN and DO win!  They are an "untapped resource" for any third party candidate.  In a GOOD year, only 39% of elligible voters actually vote.  That means there is a 61% "silent majority" out there just waiting for a "greater of goods!"  It is only necessary to INFORM them and counter the two-party/media LIES!  I, myself, will NOT vote for evil.  If all the candidates for an office have PROVEN themselves evil, I will LEAVE THAT BALLOT SECTION BLANK (even knowing the possiblity of it being illegally modified - someone ELSE's immoral/evil act)!!
    A third party candidate "Can't Win?"  Who says??  God?  Don't think so!  Tell it to Jesse Ventura of Minnesota or Jim Buckley of New York.  Again, the socialist-biased media has promoted this MYTH!  NO ONE can prophesy how you or I will vote on election day - NO ONE!  They attempt to sway you with hyperbole, smoke screens, and smoke and mirrors - not with fact and TRUTH, which you and I have available to us here on the Internet.  If everyone who says a third party candidate can't win, but acknowledges that such is just what our country needs, DID so cast his/her vote, that candidate would win IN A LANDSLIDE (even well beyond any vote fraud likely)!   Besides, have YOU/we BEEN "WINNING" with Republicrats?  Have they PROTECTED your God-given rights and freedoms - or, allowed them to be slowly and steadily damaged and eroded?  TRULY, if you vote for a Republicrat and he/she wins, history says you most likely have LOST... AGAIN!  You have NOTHING to "brag" about in the end!!  You were/ARE on the "losing side!"
    If you choose to be strong in the Constitution and its Republic, then boldly vote for the best CONSTITUTION-UPHOLDING candidate (look at his/her record on doing so) and proclaim your intent loudly, strongly, and often, especially among your non-Internet friends and family.  Were all 80-million+ gunowners to do so, WE - OUR COUNTRY - would win in a landslide, just on the issue of the God-given RIGHT of self-defense!  Never, NEVER let anyone tell you a vote for Candidate A, B, or C amounts to a vote for Candidate D (especially when you would NEVER vote for candidate D under ANY circumstances)!  It's just more media-hyped FALSEHOOD!
    If we are EVER going to break the Republicrats' UNconstitutional stranglehold over us citizens, IT MUST BE NOW. Otherwise, we may never get another chance (as in FREE ELECTIONS).  May God Bless US and the USA!!
