From: Bayfield County Snowmobile Alliance
A fund for legal expenses has been established, and a deposit made, at the Northern States Bank, in Ashland Wisconsin.
The Bayfield County Snowmobile Alliance Board of Directors administers this fund. Art Mertig, BCSA Treasurer, makes deposits and payments.
The fund has a goal of $25,000.00.
$15,300.00 has already been pledged by Association of Wisconsin Snowmobile Clubs, Association of Wisconsin ATV Clubs, Bayfield County Snowmobile Alliance, and individual pledges.
We expect many additional pledges from Lake States Resource Alliance, BlueRibbon Coalition, individuals, clubs, and business’s.
We offer the use of this fund to help Bayfield County with legal expenses they may incur in litigation on the Trails 63 and 13 RR ROW issues.
We await the County’s decision on acceptance of this offer.
