Mould and Tooling fabrication

        Our associated precision mould manufacturing factory established in 1991, is a productive enterprise of modern precision moulds of plastic injection which comprises of one mould design center and two factories, and has accumulated investment over USD 8.5 million, various tooling machine in nearly 100 sets, and with yearly design and productive capability of 300 sets of moulds of plastic injection.
        We actively promote modern productive patterns and managing system, and executes ERP managing system and CAD/CAM/CAE integrated working patterns to greatly shorten productive period and raise product quality. Certified ISO9001 in 2000, her Mould Design Center designers are all university graduates or above, and rich practical experience, so this provides the the technical assurance for mould design. UGII, is adopted in mould design and NC programming, and the software MOLDFLOW is adopted to perform simulation anaysis of plastic injection process to ensure the reliability in design of injection mould (including gas-assisted mould). The first mould factory chiefly produces larger-scale injection moulds of TV set, monitor, washing machine, audio Hi-Fi, refrigerator, etc. The second factory chiefly produces precision injection moulds for camera, mobile phone, copier, portable computer, DVD mechanism, etc.
