The village of Yarushin has 780 inhabitants, of whom 43 children are of preschool age. Nonetheless, the current kindergarten is located in a private home that does not meet minimum standards. It is proposed to construct a two classroom building for the kindergarten of 40 square meters (430 square feet) for 50 children, with running water, restrooms, and play area. As the village does not have electricity, no electrical installation will be required.
