 The village of Yarushin has 780 inhabitants, of whom 43 children are of preschool age. Nonetheless, the current kindergarten is located in a private home that does not meet minimum standards. It is proposed to construct a two classroom building for the kindergarten of 40 square meters (430 square feet) for 50 children, with running water, restrooms, and play area.
