Quezailica is one of the principal villages in the county of Santa Rosa de Copán for its history, size, and economic activity. Its population is 1,722 of which 960 are children and youths, and has only one elementary school. This project proposes to promote reading by establishing a small library to be administered by the village council and to be located in the community center.
