After you pay, you receive registration codes from the author, which you need to put to the "Purchase" dialog of both programs. Put in this dialog your full name and your e-mail too, as you have specified this in the Order Form.

The time delay between you payment and receiving the registration key is delay in getting the payment and delay in processing.
