William
Scarlott - Artist The paintings of Bill Scarlott show his depth of
training in all fields of art. He finds watercolor the most rewarding
to express and communicate his feelings on a wide variety of subjects.
Watercolor offers him the opportunity to create a mood the viewer
feels either interpretatively or appreciate technically.

Bill is a winner of many awards for 1st Place and Best of Show. He
has exhibited at shows throughout Southern California, Arizona, New
Mexico and a one-man show in Spain. His work is in private collections
throughout the United States and Europe.

Past President of the Desert Art Center Association of Palm Springs;
Past President of the Hemet Valley Art Association; Member of the
Escondido Art Association and of the Fine Art Institute of San Bernardino.
